Partnership Purpose

The Unavelle Partner Program is designed to create mutually beneficial relationships between Unavelle and professionals or organizations who serve homeowners and may wish to introduce them to Unavelle’s home care and maintenance services.
Partners may recommend Unavelle to homeowners where they believe the service would provide value.
This partnership is intended to support collaboration, client introductions, and potential co-marketing initiatives that benefit both parties and their respective clients.
Participation in the program does not create any exclusive relationship, employment relationship, or legal partnership between the parties.

2. Referral Process

Partners may introduce potential clients (“Homeowners”) to Unavelle through approved referral methods including:

Unavelle will handle all client communication, walkthroughs, onboarding, and service delivery.
Partners are not responsible for any sales process, service delivery, or contractual arrangements between Unavelle and the homeowner.

3. Commission Structure

Partners may receive referral commissions when a homeowner introduced by the partner becomes a paying Unavelle member.

4. Commission Eligibility

A referral commission is considered eligible only when:
 •  the referred homeowner becomes a paying Unavelle member
 •  the referral is properly attributed to the partner
 •  the client remains active beyond the applicable refund window
Referral commissions are payable only for referrals that are new to Unavelle and not already in active communication with the Unavelle team at the time of introduction.
Unavelle will determine referral attribution and eligibility based on its CRM records and documented communication history.
If a client cancels or receives a refund during the refund period, the associated referral commission will not be payable.

5. Commission Payments

Approved referral commissions are paid according to the following schedule:
 •  payouts are processed on the 15th of each month, or the next business day if the 15th falls on a weekend or public holiday
 •  commissions are approved only after the applicable client refund window has passed
Payments will be made via bank transfer, and it is the partner’s responsibility to provide accurate payment details required for processing payouts.
Unavelle may delay commission payments where reasonably necessary due to operational, administrative, or payment processing requirements.

6. Partner Conduct

Partners agree to represent Unavelle honestly and professionally when introducing the service to potential clients.

7. Marketing and Promotion

Partners may refer homeowners through natural introductions and may participate in joint collaboration initiatives where appropriate.

8. Use of Logos and Brand Materials

Both parties may reference the partnership and use each other’s logos or brand names for reasonable cross-promotional activities, including partner pages, marketing materials, presentations, or announcements related to the collaboration.
Such use must not misrepresent the nature of the relationship, imply endorsement beyond the scope of the partnership, or be used in any misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate context.
If either party has specific restrictions, brand guidelines, or approval requirements for the use of its logo or brand assets, those requirements may be communicated during the onboarding process or at any later time. The other party agrees to comply with any such reasonable restrictions once notified.

9. Attribution of Referrals

Unavelle will use reasonable methods to track and attribute referrals submitted by partners.

10. Termination of Participation

Either party may discontinue participation in the partnership program at any time.
